Starbucks Fall Drinks

It’s officially fall drink season, as of September first according to Woodland students. There are a variety of fall drinks and flavors available to Starbucks enthusiasts, making it difficult for many to select one.

My favorite fall drink from Starbucks is a pumpkin cream cold brew. I would give it a solid four out of five stars,” responded avid Starbucks drinker, Sophie Scarlato. When it comes to something to eat with her autumn beverage, Scarlato claimed, “Madeleines taste the best with the pumpkin cream cold brew, especially if you dip it in with your coffee.”

Another Starbucks fan, Melissa Martins said,

“I am a pumpkin chai latte girl, and from Starbies I would give it a five out of five. With it I really enjoy either a cheese danish or maybe a muffin.”

To get her Starbucks, Scarlato said,

“I go to Cheshire because I enjoy the area. I can thrift at Goodwill across the street or get something from Bagelicious too.”

On the other hand, Martins reasoned,

“I go to Woodbridge Starbucks. Everybody in there is so nice, everybody in there deserves a raise.”

According to Scarlato,

“A pumpkin cream cold brew from any other coffee shop ranks a three out of five.”

Martins agrees that Starbucks quality is undefeated.

“Anywhere else I would give the pumpkin cream cold brew a four out of five,” she said.

Unsurprisingly, Starbucks beverage quality remains on top; however, when it comes to fall coffee flavoring, the quality wavers. Each season Starbucks has returning fall flavors, but this year they came out with their new apple-flavored drink.

Martins said,

“I don’t think apple and coffee should go together; it doesn’t make sense to me. I feel like we should leave that for apple cider, another fall favorite. Apple and coffee should remain separate.”

Scarlato agreed,

“I stand by the pumpkin flavor for fall; the others are either not as good or taste weird in my coffee.”

Although Starbucks fall drinks are delicious, it’s safe to say stay away from apple beverages this fall. Besides apple coffee flavoring, the excitement surrounding seasonal fall beverages is real for many.

Scarlato commented,

“Fall drinks are the best seasonal drink throughout the entire year; there is no competition.”

For others such as Martins, there is a close second:

“I do enjoy a winter drink. I do enjoy my peppermint mochas, but you know the pumpkin chai is a close second.”

In any case, fall drinks rank high in the minds of many. It’s definitely worth a trip to your local Starbucks to indulge in one of their many autumn-themed drinks.
