The Timber Team is spending their final practices coming together as a team, looking back on their successful 2024 season, and having fun. Senior Captain Ashley Mayfield was recognized for her outstanding performance at their last competition, in which she became the first woman in WRHS Timber Sports history to be named #1 Timber Sports Champion at a competition. Mayfield reflects positively on the growth the team has experienced over the past year.

“My favorite part of the Timber Team is watching everyone grow into better athletes and better people- and the overall team achievement that we’ve accomplished,“ Mayfield said.
