Hot on the heels of UConn’s Double Double Championship run, comes the Woodland Freshman Pac Man Tournament. And we are down to two finalists who will do battle today:

(12) Alec Feducia and (1) Daniel Soto

Both finalists are from Mr. Tim Phipps’ advisory which has raised more than one eyebrow (but only on Ms. Pac Man since Pac Man doesn’t have eyes at all). Noting the bracket system used, Phipps acknowledged that multiple advisory entries were used as “wild card” entries.

“Alec was a wildcard entry,” said Phipps.

Today, on the big screen in the auditorium, the finals will be decided between the two nimble, ghost-avoiding, dot-eating champions. This is one championship that UConn is not going to win.
