Math Online Tutoring

Studying for midterms can be quite a hassle and not something students like to spend their time doing. Woodland’s math department has offered an easy and great way that can help students study and review for math quzzies, tests or even midterms/final exams.
The online tutoring is called Study Buddy and any student can use it. All you have to do is ask your math teacher for the code to register for Study Buddy. To join Study Buddy just follow these easy steps to register for a free online math tutor.
1. Begin at the Study Buddy website www.studybuddy.org
2. Click the green button on the top right corner of the homepage tabled: “New? Register for Study Buddy Here”.
3. From the drop down menu choose option the “Student Interested in Receiving Homework Help.”
4. Enter the school registration code WRHS
5. After putting in the right code click “Continue”.
6. Fill in the requested information.
7. Click “Finish” and a Study Buddy online notebook is automatically created. Log into your Study Buddy notebook to work with a live tutor.
“This is a great resource for kids that have activities and sports after school and aren’t able to see their teachers after school for extra help.” says Ms. Hrenko.
Live tutors are available from September to June from Sunday to Thursday from 3:30 to midnight. Friday from 3:30pm to 9pm and Saturday from 1pm to 3pm.
