The Woodland Classic games involved teams of three, hand-picked by the selection of players. To participate, teams selected student coaches. The games consisted of 5-minute intervals of four teams playing on two courts, which resulted in a winner and loser who either moved up on the bracket or dropped down. The loser would stay on the second court while the winner remained on the first. In the finale, the winning team took home a plaque dedicated to them in this 2024 tournament.
