Hawk Wings, a club focused on kindness, had special plans for National Random Acts of Kindness week.

For National Random Acts of Kindness Week, Hawk Wings planned activities for each day of the week.

On Monday the 13th, paper hearts were given out during advisory for students to write a kind word or phrase on them. On Tuesday the 14th, a link was posted to Schoology allowing students to nominate an Ambassador of Kindness.

Hawk Wings had a special surprise planned for each lunch wave on Wednesday.

Hedi, a service dog from Yale University to visit students and bring smiles to their faces.

On Thursday, students were asked to make a card for the organization called Cards for Kids. These cards will be distributed to children’s hospitals around the country.

“Hawk Wings’ purpose is to create a comfortable environment and spread kindness,” said Anna Muharem. “Our goal is to try and make people happy.”
