This year, the midterm schedule was designed so that all hybrid learners, whether it’s the Hawks group or the Woodland group, will be able to take their exams in person. The Full Remote learners will take their exams at home on the same days that the Hawks group takes their exams. The midterm schedule (below) is separated by the Hawks and Full Remote learners group and the Woodland group. 

HAWKS & Full Remote Learners Schedule

Jan 19 – EXAMS A1/A2 (then A3/A4 in school classes after exams)

Jan 20 – (Students will be assigned work for A1/A2; no Google Meet) Online classes start A3/A4

Jan 21 – EXAMS B1/B2 (then B3/B4 in school classes after exams)

Jan 22 – (Students will be assigned work for B1/B2; no Google Meet) Online classes start B3/B4

Jan 25 – EXAMS A3/A4  (half-day – school day ends after exams)

Jan 26 – Half day- (Students will be assigned work for A3/A4; no Google Meet) 

Jan 27– Distance learning (half-day A1-B4 classes) 

Jan 28 – EXAMS B3/B4 (half-day – school ends after exams)

Jan 29 – Half day- (Students will be assigned work for B3/B4; no Google Meet) 

WOODLAND Schedule

Jan 19 – (Students will be assigned work for A1/A2; no Google Meet) Online classes start A3/A4

Jan 20 – EXAMS A1/A2 (then A3/A4 classes after exams)
