The Woodland Football team held a successful game against Kennedy High School on Friday, November 13. Kennedy came off strong with a touchdown within the first few minutes, but the Hawks remained focused and accumulated three touchdowns within the first quarter. They maintained this momentum throughout the game, taking the win 48 to 13.
Athletes of note included Sean McAllen, Coby Vaccarelli, and Ben Nuss. Nuss, a sophomore on the team, racked up 181 rushing yards, according to MaxPreps, almost double his previous personal record.
