The art hallway, normally tucked away under the right wing of Woodland, was brought to life with a night of art, music, and a passion shared by hundreds of artists at Woodland.
Graphic design, photography, paintings and other works of art littered the walls of the art department on Tuesday, November 18th. In the auditorium, the band and choir preformed a range of songs. From start to finis, the artists and musicians brought a different experience to the audience, delivering a representation of the visual and musical arts conducted at Woodland.
The halls were filled with family, friends and artists. The advisors of the art at Woodland found it was a great way to promote the different types of art that Woodland provides.
“I really came to support the art community and be inspired by the talented artists,” says Mary Vlamis.
The night recognized the talent of the students and gave each individual a chance to shine. It gives students an opportunity to take a look at all that Woodland has to offer and reminds everyone that art is important. The Fine Art Night will continue to promote the diversity of the arts at Woodland recognize each talented individual for their art.
