The HHLSports crew, along with Mr. Geary, breakdown the softball and baseball games against Naugatuck and the Girls Tennis Senior night against Wolcott. This was the first time the crew has sent reporters to different games using different cameras.

WRSG Presidential/VP Debate

For the first time in Woodland history, there will be an Executive Ticket Debate. The WRSG Elections Commissions, chaired by Olivia Rua, changed the election curriculum. The volleyball team held a Jeopardy tournament open to students and the faculty at Woodland. Three teams competed last night. Team One consisted of Mrs. Manning, Jon Daly, and Mrs. Overby. ┬áNaugatuck enters tonight’s match-up with a record of 7-9, coming off a win against Ansonia. Woodland is 7-8 coming off of a three game losing streak. The last time these two teams met Woodland came out on top 46-39. Will the Hawks restore dominance? Or will the Greyhounds extend their winning streak to two games.

The Boys Basketball team takes on a tough opponent, Holy Cross, who has had a very successful, 11-1 season. After recent progress, the Hawks look to earn their first win of the year.
