Though the Woodland Boys Soccer team may have lost their senior night on October 27, they all played valiantly against the Seymour team, but ultimately lost the game 0-1. The ball raced back and forth between the teams, neither team holding the sway over the pace of the game. Even through their combined efforts, the Hawks could not stop Seymour from making the goal that won them the game.

The seniors thoroughly enjoyed their night, from the opening ceremony to the end of the team after-party. But, the season isn’t over just yet, and the team will be participating in the NVL soccer tournament and possibly the state tournament in early November.
