Shred it!

On Saturday, May 30th from 9 am to 12 at St. Anthony’s Church parking lot, in Prospect, Woodland WorldWide hosted a Shred it fundraiser. Anyone looking to get rid of any old paper documents such as, bills, taxes, receipts, any bank statements etc.,  were able to get rid of what they need in a safe and secure way. There was a truck there in the parking lot that would shred the documents right then and there.

The costs to shred the paper was five dollars for a plastic/paper grocery bag filled with documents. A Copy Paper Box filled with paper was seven dollars to shred. A kitchen garbage bag filled with documents was ten dollars and a leaf/extra large bag filled with documents was thirteen dollars to shred.

The fundraiser was a success, Woodland WorldWide raised six hundred and eighty dollars and all the money raised from this fundraiser will go to Woodland Worldwide scholarships and programs!
