Donovan White is a Woodland junior. Donovan is a member of the Student Council, Hawkwings a FOR Club, CSI Woodland and the swim team.

What part of the competition are you most excited for?

I am most excited for the talent portion of the competition. I cannot wait to see everybody else’s talents.

Why did you enter?

I entered because it sounded like a fun and exciting experience to partake in.

What qualities do you have that would make you a great Mr. Woodland?

I love this school and Woodland is my family. I would do anything for these people. I hope to show my character and my heart and I hope that would set me apart but I wish all of my competitors the best of luck.

What will the title mean to you?

The title would mean a lot to me. It would mean that people believe in me and in who I am and the man that I try to be. Also, I see myself as an underdog competing with mostly seniors and to win against a senior would be exciting.

Sneak Peak?

For my talent I will be singing and playing piano.

Fun fact about yourself?

I taught myself to play piano two years ago and sang in public for the first time in last year’s musical production Grease.
