Erin’s Closet: Midterms

Pullovers

Who wants to come to school for a few hours wearing their favorite outfit to take a midterm. Definitely not me, I want to be able to sit comfortably for a few hours and focus on my test. Throw on your favorite pullover; all you need to pair it with are leggings and your favorite boots. If you vacationed on the Vineyard last year and bought a pullover, now is the perfect opportunity to wear it. Maybe you were touring your future college and wanted to buy a sweatshirt. Or you like things more personalized and for Christmas received a monogramed pullover. Whichever your pullover may be, now is the time to wear it. I wear my Vineyard Vines Shep Shirt (a women’s pullover) all the time, after school when I’m doing homework or studying. To glam the outfit up a bit, I add a monogram necklace. You can keep things even more casual when you wear a Nantucket sweatshirt and layer that with a thick knit white scarf. It might rain or snow one day; so to stay dry, a monogrammed rain pullover and Hunter boots will keep you dry and happy, ready to tackle any test thrown at you that day. Patagonia fleeces will definitely keep you cozy all day long. Lilly Pulitzer will add color to your day with a patterned pullover. Whichever pullover you may fancy, a comfortable outfit with a bit of fashion will inspire motivation and determination that will lead you through a successful exam period.
