About the Scholastic Art Awards:
The panel of over thirty judges reviews the art work submitted to the 2013 Scholastics Art Awards Program.
Since this is a juried art show, not all participants’ work is selected for the Connecticut Exhibit. Therefore, only artworks receiving Gold Key, Silver Key or Honorable Mention Awards will be placed into the Exhibit at Silpe Gallery, University of Hartford.
Over 136 private, public and parochial Connecticut schools have participated and over 2,000 artworks were submitted to the program.
