On Friday February 4, The Roommate came out all over the country. From the trailer commercials, it looked like a real thriller movie.

From the day that roommates Sarah and Rebecca met, there was something funny about Rebecca.

Rebecca does everything in her power to try and keep Sarah all to herself, which does not sit well with Sarah.

When an opportunity for Sarah to get out of the dorm comes up, Rebecca goes into action to make sure that she stays.

Rebecca does everything from beating herself up, making it look like she got mugged for sympathy, to taking one of Sarah’s closest friends hostage in her own home.

The whole synopsis of the movie is intriguing and catches the attention of the audience the second the action starts.
